With its industry-first Titanium range, Daisy has unlocked the next generation of non-heating pool covers. The unique reflective properties means the 525 Titanium Cool – 525TC – will reflect the sun’s heat while not absorbing it into the pool cover material, so it transits virtual zero sunlight and heat into the water.
As with all Daisy pool covers, the 525TC features Daisy’s trademarked UltraDome™ technology to outperform all others in terms of durability and insulation. This technology helps keep your pool cleaner while also reducing chemical cost. |
Why this non-heating technology is better:
Total sun block out
Due to latest Titanium advances the 525TC pool cover is made of a completely opaque material which acts as a total block-out of the sun. It utilises a unique reflective property in the top (flat) side of the pool cover bubble and reflects about 34% of heat and light but transmits virtually zero sunlight.
Evaporation and cooling control
This new non-heating material minimises evaporation, which will result in significant evaporation savings and allows better external heating control over the pool temperature.

Daisy ThermoTech™ thermal foam pool covers are made from 3mm thick, cross linked Polyethylene (PE) closed cell PE foam.
This foam consists of three layers and is flame-bonded on both sides to a UV-stabilised, waterproof, non-toxic and chemical resistant blue woven material called Canvacon.
If a thermal foam pool cover is installed in a symmetrical pool, its double-sided encasing allows it to be inverted, resulting in significantly extending its lifespan.
Note: Thermal covers are insulating covers that do not heat the water. Rather the thick insulation helps retain the heat in your pool and reduce evaporation. |
